A word about Technical Support
When you purchase E-Z notes, you are given 6 months of Technical Support.
What does that include?
- You will get an update every 2 weeks (26 a year) The updates frequently contain such items as: New images for the Kiosk, grammar and spelling corrections, and brand new features suggested by the doctors who use the software.
- We will install the program on as many computers as you like. We will customize the software to reflect the way you practice (remove adjusting techniques and modalities you do not use). We will attempt to map the workstations to the server (the computer where the patient files are stored and hopefully being backed up) We will fix corrupted patient files, etc.
- The technical support does not include what is usually performed by IT individuals and backup services (although we can recommend them).
