EZ Notes was founded in 2002 inside Dr. Michael Silbert's chiropractic office in the Chicago Board of Trade. 

At the time, Dr. Silbert was dictating SOAP notes, a process that was expensive and time consuming. Dr. Russ Manktelow saw a better way and developed an intuitive computerized documentation system built around the way chiropractors actually practice. 

The two doctors tested and refined the system in their own practices for two years before releasing it. 

That same philosophy continues today. EZ Notes has grown through direct feedback from the doctors who use it, expanding from SOAP notes into case histories, exams, treatment plans, X ray reports, narrative reports, exercises, scheduling, kiosk check in, billing, and much more. 

It was built by chiropractors, for chiropractors. 

OneCare was created around a simple belief: independent practices should have access to the same level of technology, automation, data, and operational infrastructure available to much larger healthcare organizations. 

Its roots go back decades through Doctor's Access and AMS, which have supported practices with billing and healthcare technology across the country. 

One of OneCare's founders is also the owner of a multi location healthcare practice, bringing firsthand experience with the realities of running a practice every day.

The goal is simple: make the practice easier to run while preserving what has made E Z Notes successful for more than two decades.
